ONYX Linen Solutions was born in 2022 from a shared family vision: to create a commercial laundry company where technical knowledge, personal accountability and hospitality experience would work together. Our family understood the challenges properties face every day—from inconsistent quality and service interruptions to rising linen replacement costs—and believed there was a better way to serve them.
Our company was built through the combined knowledge of a chemical engineer with professional training in information technology, a healthcare professional, and family members experienced in hospitality and business operations. This diverse foundation allows us to understand our work from multiple perspectives: chemistry, process control, technology, hygiene, customer service and operational efficiency.

KNOWLEDGE INSIDE ONYX

ONYX brings together knowledge in chemical engineering, information technology, healthcare, hospitality and hands-on laundry operations. This combination allows us to approach every challenge from multiple perspectives—chemistry, process control, technology, hygiene, customer service and operational efficiency.
As ONYX grew, we developed our own solutions to strengthen the linen cycle. Our proprietary STAINIUM process helps recover linen that would otherwise be discarded, while the SAAB System improves operational control, traceability and accountability throughout our plant.
By keeping critical knowledge within our family and team, we can evaluate and resolve many technical, process and service challenges directly. This operational independence reduces our reliance on outside resources and gives our hospitality partners greater confidence in the quality, responsiveness and continuity of their service.

Today, ONYX provides commercial laundry processing, scheduled pickup and delivery, and advanced stain recovery for hotels, resorts and vacation rental partners across Central Florida. Our family remains directly involved in the operation, combining in-house technical knowledge with disciplined quality control to protect the consistency and continuity of every service.
